We offer the flexibility every athlete deserves. you can pay on a month-to-month basis if you wish to do so. But more advantageous prices come with 6 and 12-month commitments

For any plan you choose, you can decide to stop coaching at any time by giving a 14-day notice.

There are two options for how to manage payments: 1) Pay by credit card. This is the convenient option, as you can decide to set up an automatic, monthly payment. There is a small (1.5-3.0%) additional processing fee with this option. 2) Pay by bank transfer. If you are in or outside Europe, this can be done as a simple IBAN to IBAN transfer.

The coaching fee is fixed to euros, but regardless of what currency you are using, the current exchange rate will be used when your credit card is charged on your tranfer

In short, cancellations can be made at any time after the first 31 days of active coaching, and the notice period for cancelling your coaching is 14 days.

Yes, absolutely! The time difference will not be a problem. We already coach athletes across different time zones, ensuring seamless communication and personalized support.

Our online platform allows for flexible communication, so you’ll receive guidance and performance reviews that fit your schedule – No matter where you are, we’ve got your back! 

The specific materials you’ll need can vary based on your current setup, but generally speaking, here’s a basic list to get started:

  • Swimming: Access to a pool and basic swim gear. Your coach can recommend additional swim tools as needed.
  • Cycling: A bike, helmet, and bike shoes. If you’re looking to take your training and racing to the next level, a power meter is highly recommended.
  • Running: A reliable pair of running shoes.
  • Tracking Progress: While a GPS watch and heart rate monitor are highly recommended for tracking progress, you can start without them and gradually add these as you advance in your training

Absolutely! If you know the basics of swimming, cycling, and running (even if you’re not fast yet) and are motivated to achieve a goal or improve your performance, you will benefit tremendously from REPERFORM coaching.

Starting with a coach as a beginner is one of the smartest moves you can make. Even if you decide to coach yourself in the future, the knowledge, training habits, and strategies you gain from working with a coach will stay with you. You’ll be far more equipped to train effectively on your own, with a stronger fitness foundation and better technique. Having a coach early on is like accelerating your progress and getting ahead in the sport—it’s the closest thing to a “shortcut” you can take.

On the contrary! An unpredictable schedule means that a one-size-fits-all training plan may not work for you. And that’s where REPERFORM comes in handy! Our dynamic approach is built on communication and flexibility, and we successfully coach many athletes with similar challenges.

While it’s helpful to inform your coach of scheduling issues with as much notice as possible, we understand that life can be unpredictable. Just let your coach know when changes arise, and they will adjust your training accordingly.

Additionally, part of our specialty is educating you on how to make adjustments on the fly, empowering you to take control of your training as needed. With our support, you can maximize your training even amidst a challenging schedule.

Our coaching approach considers age, and we stay up-to-date with the latest research on how age can affect training, recovery, and musculoskeletal health, supported by our sports physiotherapy expertise.

Our primary focus is always on the athlete. REPERFORM avoids using generic coaching models because athletes within the same age group can differ as much as people from different ages.

Rest assured, you’ll receive personalized coaching tailored specifically to you—not based on assumptions about your age or gender.

One of our specialties is the safe return to sport, guided by our sports physiotherapist, ensuring you recover fully and safely. If you’re simply out of shape, the fastest way to regain fitness is by working with a coach, so don’t hesitate to get started!

By starting now, you’ll benefit from getting back to full fitness quicker, reducing the risk of further injury, and maximizing your training consistency. The sooner we start the better in terms prognostic of injury recovery.

For those recovering from more severe injuries or illnesses, if your current training options are limited (e.g., you can only swim or cycle), it may be wise to seek the help of a local physiotherapist.

If you’re based in Luxembourg, you can book a physiotherapy appointment with me assist in your recovery. I can help guide your return to sport safely, ensuring you regain strength and mobility while minimizing the risk of setbacks.

We’ve successfully worked with athletes as close as 2–3 weeks before races, and they were glad they didn’t wait. We will fine-tune key areas like race strategy, nutrition, hydration, and tapering. This will help you arrive at the start line with the right mindset—all of which can make a big difference on race day.

By starting now, you’ll already be familiar with our approach, allowing you to transition smoothly into your next goal post-race without any delays. Starting sooner is recommended, even if your race is around the corner.
